2. Accounts

Provide accurate information and safeguard your credentials. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

3. Course licenses

Upon purchase, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to access the course content for your own learning. Do not redistribute, resell, or publicly share course materials without written permission.

4. Payments and refunds

Payments are processed by third-party providers. If you complete the first two modules of a course and it isn’t a fit, email [email protected] within 14 days for a full refund.

5. Acceptable use

• No unlawful, infringing, or harmful behavior.
• No attempts to disrupt our services or bypass access controls.
• Respect other learners and facilitators in live sessions.

6. Intellectual property

We retain all rights in site content, trademarks, and materials. You retain rights in your original projects but grant us permission to display anonymized progress metrics to improve our courses.

7. Disclaimers

Courses are for education only and do not guarantee publication or financial outcomes. We do not provide legal or financial advice.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Vivid Meadow Atelier is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may cease use at any time; Sections 6–9 survive termination.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
